A sophisticated bread with plump raisins, pecan pieces and a touch of freshly milled whole rye and wheat flours. The raisins are soaked overnight in Earl Gray tea, which significantly improves their texture while imparting a hint of citrus. This bread pairs beautifully with butter and marmalade or as part of a charcuterie spread.
